Pricing is discussed openly on the first call. No hidden fees, no surprise invoices.
I don't take on more than 3–4 active clients at once. If I'm at capacity, I'll let you know and suggest a timeline.
I don't do spec work or unpaid strategy sessions before an engagement starts. The first call is for fit, not free consulting.
I won't take an engagement I don't believe in. If I don't think it's a good use of your budget, I'll say so.
I'm not a vendor. I don't receive commissions or referral fees from tools or platforms I recommend.
